How is GPA calculated?+
Each course's letter grade is converted to a grade point (commonly A=4.0, B=3.0, etc.), multiplied by the course's credit hours, then all those products are summed and divided by the total credit hours attempted.
Why do credit hours matter for GPA, not just the letter grades?+
